We, DA Dynamic Automation GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously. In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the website, technical connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) is automatically processed in server log files. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; data transfer to the US takes place on this basis. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of the website).

4. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary. The following data is recorded on our website:

  • Contact form: Name, company, email address, phone number, subject, and message
  • Automation Integration Index: see section 5
  • Necessary cookie: NEXT_LOCALE stores your selected language (German/English/Turkish) for 1 year. It contains no personal data and requires no consent, as it is technically necessary for the multilingual website's basic function.
  • Analytics cookie (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 – only loaded after your active consent in the cookie banner, see section 6.

5. Automation Integration Index (Online Tool)

Through our analysis tool "Automation Integration Index", we offer a voluntary technical self-assessment of industrial automation systems.

Data processed:

  • Your technical answers to the 12 questionnaire items and the score calculated from them
  • Name, company, email address, and optionally your role at the company

This information is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet (Google Ireland Limited) and used to generate your personal PDF analysis report, which is sent to you by email.

Purpose of processing:

  • Creating and sending your individual analysis report
  • Where relevant, contacting you for a free, no-obligation consultation about your result
  • Statistical evaluation in anonymized form to improve our offering

Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (you provide your consent by voluntarily submitting your contact details and answers) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in following up on business inquiries).

6. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is only loaded after you actively consent in the cookie banner (Consent Mode v2, default setting: analytics storage denied). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is transmitted to Google.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by clearing this website's browser cache/local storage or by contacting us at info@dynamic-automation.de. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital Services Data Protection Act).

7. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We only share personal data with the following carefully selected processors or recipients, to the extent necessary for the respective purpose:

  • Vercel Inc. (Hosting, USA)
  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, only with consent)
  • Google LLC (Google Sheets for storing Integration Index submissions)
  • One.com A/S (Email delivery (SMTP) for contact inquiries and analysis reports)
  • Calendly LLC (Appointment booking, only if you actively use the booking link/widget)

8. Data Retention Period

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose, but no longer than the duration of the business relationship plus statutory retention periods (e.g. 6-10 years under German commercial and tax law for invoice data). Contact form and Integration Index inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after a reasonable period, at the latest after 2 years.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access to your stored data
  • Rectification or erasure of your data
  • Restriction of processing
  • Objection to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdrawing consent already given, with future effect (e.g. Google Analytics, see section 6)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy in order to comply with current legal requirements or changes to the services used on this website.
